Raised Flooring System and Boarding.
At T&G Lofts we fit a timber, raised flooring system. This system consists of timber joists laid perpendicularly to your properties existing joists and fixed at every point of contact. This adds strength to the existing structure while also creating a void to allow for insulation and the ventilation gap to comply with building regulations. We offer both a single layer and a double layered system to cover every properties/clients needs.

Loft Ladders and Access Hatches.
We supply and install both uPVC Hatches with Aluminium Ladders and FAKRO Timber Loft Ladders. Both are modern, safe and stable access to your loft space. Regardless of ceiling type, we are able to install numberous options to provide access into your loft. The choice is completely dependant on which you feel is the best access option for you and your home.
