Absolutely fantastic job done by T&G Lofts, I now have lots more storage space with easy access. My previous hatch could only have been used by someone with the same kind of body size as a 12 year old gymnast! Now I not only have ladders but also space at the top of them. The lighting is fantastic and does two jobs as it means I will always have some form of portable lighting during a power cut lol. The lads carried out the job very quickly and efficiently and were lovely with it. After they left I found the teeniest issue, sent an email and it was dealt with directly and pretty much on the spot. Top job all round from the lovely people on the other end of the phone and computer and the great pair of lads who did the job. Quality loft conversion, if I get anything else done to it, T&G Lofts will be my first choice.

I was looking for a specific type of loft ladder, had many companies make site visits but then say it was too difficult and hard to find. T&G Lofts came and checked out the site and my requirements and went away saying they would investigate. I thought that would be the end but a few days later they rang to say they could get one, though there would be a delay whilst it was sourced. There were several delays for different reasons, but they kept me informed at all times and eventually the day arrived and it was installed. They did an excellent job, working a long day to ensure it was completed, and cleaned up after. They made sure that I was able to operate the ladder properly and safely. I have absolutely no problem in recommending them for all aspects of the transaction. Indeed I wish all tradespeople operated to such a high standard!

Turned up on time. Worked completed and the 2 guys were a credit to the company. When finished all cleaned and explained what they had done. Very professional Team from start to finish.

The guys from T&G lofts recently came to create extra storage in my attic and all I can say is what a fantastic job they’ve done. I live in a new build in Horsforth and they aren’t built with loads of storage space, but with the boarding they have done it’s created so much extra space I’ve got more than enough room for my storage needs. They also fit a ladder which is really easy to use to access the loft. The price I’ve paid is cheaper than any I was quoted elsewhere and the guys couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. I couldn’t recommend T&G more, if you’re looking for a storage solution look no further.

The fitters messaged me night before with an ETA, friendly, put film down and hoovered up after then shown me how to work the new loft latch and I feel so much safer using the loft now don't have any photos yet, as need to decorate first!

If I could give these guys more stars, I would! They had to remove an old spiral staircase which was a nightmare of a job, had to buy specialist tools to assist (did not incrase quoted cost for job), They had to re install some joists and some attic floor boarding as well as fitting the new hatch and ladder.
Cracking job, great bunch of guys, pleasant, tidy and left everything clean. Highly recommended 👌
